Individual Counseling is available to students at the request of students, parents, and teachers. Individual counseling services may be used to address developmental, academic, and/or social and emotional concerns. When a series of individual counseling is deemed appropriate, parental permission is required, and parental reinforcement of concepts introduced in counseling is encouraged. A student can be referred for individual counseling by any caring adult (parent, teacher, administration). At times, students will also self-refer for counseling.

Referrals for small group can be suggested by teachers or parents. Parental permission is mandatory prior to a student participating in a group.
